Your online estimate is based on the details you give us. The final price is confirmed on site before any work starts. If the job turns out to be different from the one described, we will tell you the revised price first and you can decide whether to go ahead.
A deposit confirms your booking and reserves your arrival window. Your time slot is not held until the deposit is paid. The balance is due on completion.
Jobs in Victoria and Nanaimo carry a flat travel charge covering the ferry crossing. It appears as its own line on your quote before you pay, and is included in the total you agree to. There are no travel charges anywhere else.
More than 48 hours before your slot: cancel or reschedule free of charge, with your deposit refunded in full. Within 48 hours: your deposit is refunded less any travel we have already booked and cannot recover — we will show you the receipt. Within 24 hours, or if we arrive and cannot get access to the property: the deposit is retained.
If we cancel, or cannot attend for any reason of our own, you receive a full refund including any travel charge. We will also offer you the next available slot.
If anything about your booking or your bill does not look right, call or email us before the work goes ahead and we will sort it out. We would always rather fix it than argue about it afterwards.
v1.0, 1 Nov 2026. These terms apply to bookings made from that date. The version you agreed to is recorded against your booking and shown on your invoice.
