Wet Lower Mainland winters are hard on a deck. Boards cup and split, fasteners lift, railings loosen, and old vinyl membranes crack and let water into the framing below. We repair all of it - replacing damaged boards, re-securing or rebuilding railings, resurfacing worn sundecks with a new waterproof membrane, and sanding and sealing tired timber back to something you would sit on again. Every visit starts by checking the structure underneath, because surface damage is often the first sign of rot in the joists. If we find something more serious we will show you photos and quote it before doing any extra work. Priced by the square foot for labour only - decking, membrane and hardware are quoted separately once we have seen the deck, so a lumber price swing never changes your invoice.
