A deck built for this climate is a different job from a deck built for a dry summer. We frame with properly treated and flashed lumber, slope the surface so water runs off rather than sitting on it, and finish in timber, composite or a fully waterproof vinyl membrane that turns the space below into dry, usable storage or carport. Your quote covers the build labour - framing, footings, fixing the decking, fasteners and site cleanup. You choose and buy the decking material, or we source it and quote it separately, so you are never paying a marked-up guess on lumber. Railings, stairs and permit drawings are add-ons so you only pay for what your deck actually needs, and we will tell you up front whether your build needs a municipal permit.
